(Oral) It is contended that petitioner No.1 - Harmandeep Kaur, aged about 27 years has got married with petitioner No.2- Mahinder Kumar, aged about 37 years, whose first wife has expired and relatives of first wife of petitioner No.2, arrayed as respondents No. 4 to 6, are against the marriage and they are threatening to interfere in the marital life of the petitioners, as such to seek protection in that regard, they have approached this Court by way of filing the present petition.
