NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.6 dated 01.02.2024, registered under Section 498-A IPC, at Police Station Women, Mohali.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, in pursuance to the orders dated 24.05.2024 and 05.11.2024 passed by this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Harjeet Singh, 1717/S.A.S Nagar, Mohali, has not disputed the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further investigation.
