The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0088 dated 08.09.2018 registered under Sections 420, 494, 506 IPC at Police Station Mallanwala, District Ferozepur. 2.

By an order dated 06.05.2019 while issuing notice of motion, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner and had further directed him to join investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, petitioner has joined investigation. 4.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from IO submits that the petitioner has joined investigation. 5.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 6.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has joined investigation and custodial interrogation of the petitioner is no more required, the instant petition is allowed and the order dated 06.05.2019 is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
