(ORAL) Petitioner herein, inter alia, seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to take a decision on the pending representation dated 03.03.2021 (Annexure P-3) seeking reinstatement to the post of Veterinary Livestock Development Assistant (V.L.DA.). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner remained posted at different locations in Mewat, Fatehabad etc. till April, 2017. Thereafter petitioner was made to resign from the post, though in reality his contract was not extended. Petitioner approached the department on numerous occasions, however, to no avail.

In the premise, petitioner submitted a representation dated 03.03.2021 (Anexure P-3), but the same has also not been adverted by the respondents till date. Hence, the instant petition. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, petitioner would be satisfied, at this stage, if a final decision is taken, either way, by the SHALINI BHATIA 2021.06.30 06:25 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

respondents on the pending representation dated 03.03.2021 (Annexure P-3), giving reasons thereof.

Learned State counsel joins proceedings on advance service and accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State of Haryana. 7.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to look into the grievance of the petitioner as per representation dated 03.03.2021 (Annexure P-3) and also by keeping in view the contentions raised in the present petition by treating the same as supplementary representation and take a decision, in accordance with law.

Let the needful be done within a period of three months from today.

Disposed of accordingly.
