The auction notice dated 17.06.2020 was issued to the petitioner under Section 48 of the Customs Act, 1962. The petitioner had filed reply to the same. The competent authority i.e. respondent No.3 is directed to decide the matter on the basis of reply filed by the petitioner within a period of seven days from today.
