This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 110 dated 26.09.2015 under sections 341, 354, 354(B)/34 IPC and section 4 of POCSO Act at Police Station City Jalalabad district Fazilka. Learned counsel for the State (on instructions from ASI Surinder Singh, who is present in court) submits that pursuant to order dated November 27, 2015, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, order dated November 27, 2015 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
