(ORAL) CRM-17732-2024 Prayer in this application is for restoration of the main petition to its original number, which was dismissed for non-prosecution by this Court vide order dated 09.04.2024 because of non-appearance of the counsel for the petitioner. Notice of the application.
On the asking of the Court, Ms. Trishanjali Sharma, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the State.
For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed.
Main petition is restored to its original number. CRM-M-21032-2022 On 09.04.2024, whiling dismissing the instant petition, following order was passed:- "Learned State counsel, on instructions, has informed the Court that challan already stands presented in the instant case on 27.03.2022.

The petitioner in the instant petition sought issuance of directions to the official respondents No.1 to 3 to conduct a fair and impartial inquiry in case FIR No.184 dated 02.09.2012 under Sections 148, 149, 323, 452, 506, 307 of the IPC, registered at Police Station Nagina, District Nuh, as it was alleged that the official respondents were conniving with the accused and not taking any action against them.

As per the instructions received by learned State counsel, not only has the challan been presented against the respondents-accused even the charges are likely to be framed on 30.04.2024.

Dismissed for non-prosecution."
Learned Stated counsel, on instructions, has reiterated the submissions made on 09.04.2024 that challan stands presented and even charges framed against the accused.
Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the submissions made by the learned State counsel. In the circumstances, no ground is made out for issuance of directions as prayed for.
The instant petition stands dismissed.
