JITENDRA CHAUHAN, J. (Oral) The matter has been taken up through video-conferencing in the light of the pandemic COVID-19 situation and as per instructions. Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners are major and there is no legal impediment to their marriage. They have solemnized marriage. Their marriage is opposed by respondent No. 3, who is father of petitioner No.2.
Notice of motion.
At the asking of the Court, Mr. Gautam Dutt, APP, U.T., Chandigarh, accepts notice on behalf of the U.T., Chandigarh. A complete copy of the paper book has already been furnished to learned counsel for U.T., Chandigarh.
