(ORAL) The petitioner has challenged the notifications dated 27.06.2017 and 07.11.2017 issued under Section 4(3) (1) and (2) of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 including the areas of various Gram Panchayats in the Municipal Council, Narnaul.

The aforesaid notifications were issued way-back in the year 2017 and were challenged by the Gram Panchayat of village Nasibpur, Tehsil and District Narnaul in CWP-17948-2019 which has been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 05.07.2019. The areas of Gram Panchayats stood included in the Municipal Council since 2019.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, as the notifications have already been upheld by this Court in the aforesaid writ petition and as the present petition is belated and suffers from delay and laches as well as the defect of not filing any objection by the petitioner to the notifications within the period prescribed under the law and keeping in mind the decisions of the Supreme Court rendered in Sundarjas Kanyalal Bhatija Vs Collector, Thane, Maharashtra 1989(3) SCC 396 and Tulsipur Sugar Co. Ltd. AMODH SHARMA 2020.11.12 14:26 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
