MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (ORAL) Petitioner is seeking the concession of anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.135 dated 26.02.2023 under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the IPC registered at Police Station City Karnal.

Vide order dated 24.04.2023, the petitioner had been granted interim anticipatory bail with direction to join investigation and the relevant part of the said order reads as under:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia submits that the petitioner is neither the purchaser of the autorickshaws, nor he was handed over possession of any of those and further the petitioner was never even named in the FIR but has been arrayed as accused on the basis of disclosure statement made by Satyawan @ Sonu." 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of order dated 24.04.2023, the petitioner has joined PUNEET SACHDEVA 2023.11.16 16:16 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Vijay Kumar, does not dispute the factum of the petitioner having joined investigation and cooperated with the investigating agency. She submits that the petitioner is not required for further investigation much less for his custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 24.04.2023 is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
