SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) CRM-31026-2018 This is application to place on record particulars of earlier wife of petitioner No.1 and information regarding regarding divorce of petitioner No.2 by way of affidavit.

Affidavit of petitioner No.2 Jahana is taken on record subject to all just exceptions. Petitioner No.1 has also furnished particulars of his first wife Nafisha daughter of Mujra. The same are also taken on record. Application stands disposed of accordingly.

CRM-M-37833-2018 Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners have filed this petition seeking protection of their lives and liberty. They are major and have married against the wishes of private respondents. Apprehending danger to their lives and liberty, they moved representation dated 26.08.2018 (Annexure P-5) to Superintendent of Police, Palwal. He confines the relief claimed in this petition for direction to respondent No.2 to look into the representation of petitioners and take appropriate action in SACHIN MEHTA 2018.09.04 18:05 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document HIGH COURT, CHANDIGARH

In view of above submission of learned counsel for petitioners, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2Superintendent of Police, Palwal, to look into the representation dated 26.08.2018 (Annexure P-5), particulars of first wife of petitioner No.1, first husband of petitioner No.2 as furnished today and take appropriate action in accordance with law, on receipt of copy of this order along with representation in his office.
