(Oral) Quashing of FIR No. 141 dated 26.08.2013 under Sections 363/366/376 IPC and Section 4 of POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Raman, District Bathinda Punjab, is being sought. Challan in the present case was presented on 09.02.2015 (P-5). The daughter of the complainant was medical examined and was 16 years of age and she had gone on her own to the house of the petitioner, as per her statement (P-2).

During the pendency of the petition, charges have been framed and out of 14 witnesses, 06 have been examined.
