HARINDER SINGH SIDHU,J Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.350 dated 20.6.2020 under Sections 406,420,370,384 IPC and Section 24 of Immigration Act, 1983 registered at P.S City Karnal, District Karnal. As per allegations, the petitioner had duped the complainant with an amount of Rs.17,00,000/- on the pretext of sending him abroad. It is alleged that the amount was never returned back and that the victim was deported to India after having been made to suffer lot of pain and mental agony.
Learned counsel for the complainant states that the matter has been compromised between the parties and even a petition for quashing of the FIR has been filed before this Court.
Vide order dated 15.07.2020, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to join investigation.

CRM-M-18676 of 2020 #2# In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 15.07.2020 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the conditions of Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
