ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) On 17.05.2022, none had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner despite the matter being called twice. Yet again, on 01.09.2022, none had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Today also the matter has been called twice, however, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present revision petition. This Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present revision petition for non-prosecution. Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
