(ORAL) [1] The letter sent through email to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court regarding applicant's brother-in-law, namely, Vipin Kumar having been taken away by the police was ordered to be treated as Habeas Corpus. [2] Today, Mr. Jagpal Singh, Advocate, has put in appearance on behalf of Brij Mohan-petitioner, who had sent the letter and has stated that Vipin Kumar has reached back home and that he does not wish to press the instant petition.
