The present contempt petition has been filed pleading wilful disobedience of order dated 30.08.2018 passed by this Court in CWP No.21860 of 2018.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that respondents have complied with the directions of this Court by taking a decision on the representation dated 23.06.2018 and complaint dated 15.06.2018. He submits that no cause of action survives for pursuing the contempt petition. However, he seeks liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law against the decision of the respondents.
