This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for violation of the order dated 18.11.2024 passed in CWP-30831-2024. 2.
As per office report the costs, as imposed vide order dated 11.07.2015, have since deposited.

Affidavit of Vishram Kumar Meena, Deputy Commissioner, Nuh alongwith a speaking order dated 04.07.2025 filed by learned State counsel is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present contempt petition has since been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the order dated 18.11.2024 passed in CWP-30831-2025 has been complied with.

In view of the compliance affidavit, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
