Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect their life and liberty from the hands of respondents No.4 to 8. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that marriage of the petitioners was solemnized on 27.10.2015. Certificate (Annexure P-3) in this regard has been issued by Gurudwara Guru Nanak Niwas Sahib, Village Karora Kalan, Tehsil Kharar, District Mohali. Photographs of marriage ceremony are annexed as Annexure P-4. Life and liberty of the petitioners be protected.
