Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has submitted that, as per order dated 29.4.2025 passed by Hitesh Garg, Additional Sessions Judge, Ambala, the police has submitted a status report that pursuant to investigation carried out in the FIR in question, no cognizable offence has been disclosed and cancellation report has been prepared in this regard.

In view of the above, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition at this stage. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn, for the nonce.

The police is directed to present the final report qua the FIR in question latest within 30 days from today.
