******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners in case FIR No. 78 dated 13.08.2014 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code (for short 'IPC'), at Police Station Bhikhi, District Mansa.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioners have already put in appearance before the trial Court and have been allowed interim bail under order dated 06.02.2017. Petitioners were summoned before the trial Court on the application of prosecution under Section 319 Cr.P.C. and the trial is still in progress.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed and order dated 06.02.2017 is made absolute subject to the condition that petitioners will keep on appearing before the trial Court on each and every date of hearing.
