ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438 of Cr.P.C for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0054 dated 16.05.2021 registered under Sections 323, 452, 506, 427/34 IPC at Police Station Mauli Jagran, Chandigarh.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

No grounds to interfere in view of the antecedents of the petitioner, as he has been involved in an earlier FIR, in which he was arrested. And yet, he has deliberately concealed the said fact in the instant petition seeking concession of anticipatory bail in the aforesaid FIR in question.

The petition is accordingly dismissed on merits as well as on the ground of deliberate concealment.
