(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.48 dated 19.05.2018 registered under Sections 325, 323, 34 and lateron added Section 308 IPC at Police Station Nandgarh, District Bathinda. On instructions from Investigating Officer, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 31.08.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
