RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of direction for quashing the report of Tehsildar Dudhan Sadan, dated 29.01.2024, Annexure P-4, alongwith the report of Kanungo Circle Massigngan, dated 29.01.2024, whereby proceedings regarding delivery of possession in respect of the land in possession of the petitioner were recorded contrary to law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail any other remedy as available to him under the law.

Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. May 02, 2024 ( RAJESH BHARDWAJ ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
