(ORAL) The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.34, dated 20.06.2020, registered at Police Station Arife Ke, District Ferozepur, under Sections 324, 325, 506, 341, 323, 430, 336, 148 & 149 IPC and Sections 25 & 27 of Arms Act, 1959 (Annexure P-1) on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2).

Learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw this petition so far as petitioner No.4 is concerned. 3.
Dismissed as withdrawn qua petitioner No.4.

Regarding remaining petitioners, it has been submitted that the parties have reached an amicable settlement and statements have been recorded.

Pursuant to order dated 29.03.2022, report dated 11.05.2022 has been received from Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ferozepur, according to which, the statements of the parties have been recorded and the compromise is genuine and has been arrived at between them without any pressure or coercion.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and FIR No.34, dated 20.06.2020, registered at Police Station Arife Ke, District Ferozepur, under Sections 324, 325, 506, 341, 323, 430, 336, 148 & 149 IPC and Sections 25 & 27 of Arms Act, 1959 (Annexure P-1) along with all consequential proceedings having arisen therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioners except petitioner No.4.
