Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to the learned Court below as the petitioner has already obtained order under Order 39 Rules 1 & 2 CPC but the said order is not being implemented.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that he had approached the concerned Station House Officer for implementation of the order but still no action has been taken.

As the petitioner has an alternative remedy by invoking the provisions of Order 39 Rule 2A CPC to the same Court. The present petition is dismissed with the liberty to approach the same Court. (Shekher Dhawan) Judge October 03, 2017 "DK"
