Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.459 dated 19.11.2020 registered under Sections 377, 506 and 120-B of IPC and Section 4 of POCSO Act, 2012 at Police Station City-2, Barnala, District Barnala. Learned State counsel states that the trial in respect of the accused/petitioner has ended in his acquittal vide judgment dated 07.09.2021. In view of the above, petition is rendered infructuous. Disposed off as such.
