(Oral) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in case FIR No.67 dated 04.05.2019 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 392, 397 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 25, 54, 59 of Arms Act, 1959 (Sections 54 and 59 of Arms Act, 1959, have wrongly been mentioned in the petition) at Police Station Pillukhera, District Jind.

Counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition before the trial Court. Permitted to do so. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
