The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to respondents no.1 to 3 to arrest the accused persons named in FIR No.0141 dated 12.09.2017, under Sections 406, 420, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Mataur, District SAS Nagar (Mohali) (Annexure P-1).

No one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the State submits that the accused was arrested in the year 2017 and was subsequently released on bail. He, on instructions from SI Vilayati Ram, further contends that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties.
