Mr. Sahil Kaushal, Advocate for the complainant.      The petitioners are seeking regular bail in FIR No.24 dated 01.02.2015, registered under Sections 307, 323, 506 read with 148 and 149 IPC, Police Station Shimlapuri, District Ludhiana.  Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the compromise in the case has been effected. He refers to compromise Annexure P84.  The State counsel has opposed the bail application but does not dispute the fact of compromise. Learned counsel for the complainant has also not disputed the compromise. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the petitioners and the fact that the trial will take long time to conclude, but without commending anything on merits of the case, the petition is allowed and the petitioners are directed to be released on regular

  



      bail on execution of adequate personal and surety bonds to the satisfaction of trial Court.
