Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for seeking quashing of impugned order dated 1.9.2017 (Annexure P2), passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge Yamuna Nagar, whereby bailable warrants were ordered to be issued against the present petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that he stood surety for Abdul Kadir, who is an accused in one more case and at present confined in Muzaffarnagar Jail. Learned counsel also contended that petitioner would be appearing before the learned Court below and give the details of confinement of Abdul Kadir.

In view of above, present petition stands disposed of with the directions to the learned Court below to allow the present petitioner to place on file the exact details of confinement of Abdul Kadir and not to insist on issuance of any coercive process against him. However, the learned Court below shall be at liberty to proceed further to complete the proceedings under Section 446 Cr.P.C.
