The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, for issuance of appropriate directions to the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Ludhiana, to decide the rent petition bearing No. RP/534/2023 in a time-bound manner. 2.

It has been simply contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Ludhiana, be directed to dispose of the aforesaid rent petition as expeditiously as possible and in a time-bound manner.

Considering the limited nature of relief sought, issuance of notice to the respondent is dispensed with, as the same would only result in further delay in the proceedings.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and circumstances and without commenting anything on the merits of the case, the present revision petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Ludhiana, to decide the abovesaid rent petition as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today. 6.

Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of. 7.

Registry is directed to send a copy of this order forthwith to the learned learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Ludhiana, for strict compliance.
