1. Learned counsel for the Respondent/Bank informs the Court that no sale has fructified pursuant to the e-auction public sale notice dated 24th June, 2020, which is being challenged in the present petition.
2. Leaving it open to the Petitioner to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law, in the event of any fresh development, this petition is disposed of.
3. It will be open to the Petitioner to make any offer to the Respondent/ Bank, which will be considered by the Bank on merits, in accordance with law.
