Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner has since joined the investigation and submitted an affidavit that he does not hold any Passport. In this case no injury has been attributed to the petitioner. This fact is conceded by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Amarjit Singh from Police Station Goindwal Sahib, District Tarn Taran. He states that the petitioner is not required for further investigation.
Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 04.10.2017 is made absolute, subject to his fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
The petition stands allowed accordingly.
