Reply has not been filed by the State despite numerous adjournments. Report is placed on record, which is Ex.P3, wherein SHO, Police Station, Special Operation Cell, Amritsar had mentioned that the police had no objection if car was released on superdari to the original owner. 2.

The court below rejected the request for releasing the car on superdari simply on the ground that 260 grams of heroin was being transported in the vehicle.

If the car is not allowed to release on superdari, it would be reduced to junk.

The application is allowed.

Trial Court/Duty Magistrate to release the car in question on superdari on furnishing of adequate bonds/security by the petitioner/owner to the satisfaction of the court with the condition that the car shall not be disposed of in ISHWAR SINGH GARHWAL 2015.03.24 11:17 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
