Reply has not been filed by the State despite numerous adjournments. Report is placed on record, which is Ex.P3, wherein SHO, Police Station, Special Operation Cell, Amritsar had mentioned that the police had no objection if car was released on superdari to the original owner. 2.
The court below rejected the request for releasing the car on superdari simply on the ground that 260 grams of heroin was being transported in the vehicle. 3.
If the car is not allowed to release on superdari, it would be reduced to junk. 4.
The application is allowed. 5.
