******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) CRM-5752-2018 This is application seeking permission to amend the bail application.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the police has now added offence punishable under Section 354-B of Indian Penal Code (for short-IPC) in this case on 19.09.2017, which has necessitated amendment of the petition.

The application is allowed. Amended petition be taken on record.

CRM-M-36990-2017 -2Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.64 dated 29.08.2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 452, 506, 148 read with Section 149 of IPC (Section 354-B IPC added later on), at Police Station Naya Gaon, District SAS Nagar. Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not been attributed any injury in this incident. Learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation, which is still in progress.

Keeping in view the above facts but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed and order dated 04.10.2017 is made absolute till the presentation of challan, subject to the following terms:- (i) that the petitioner shall make himself available for interrogation by the police as and when required; (ii) that the petitioner shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the accusation against him so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;

(iii) that the petitioner shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court;

(iv) that the petitioner will seek regular bail on the presentation of challan in Court.
