State of Haryana .............Respondent CORAM: HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE JASWANT SINGH Present:- Mr.Sushil Bhardwaj,Advocate for the petitioners Mr.Neeraj Poswal,AAG Haryana with SI Suraj Bhan Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of five accused i.e. Yashpal @ Rishpal and his four sons in FIR No.747 dated 9.1.2015 under Sections 148,149, 323,325,452 and 506 IPC, PS Sadar Karnal.

A dispute had occurred between neighbours and the accused persons are alleged to have caused injuries on being forbidden from installing a gate in the gali-sar-e-aam (public street) by the complainant party.

It is alleged that Yashpal @ Rishpal and his other family members armed with lathis,saria, danda etc. are alleged to have caused injuries on the person of complainant Musam and his family members. It is contended that only one injury attributed to petitioner RAJINDER PRASHAD JOSHI 2016.04.07 09:50 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court, Chandigarh.

CRM-M 36958/2015 no.4- Krishan on the right arm of the complainant has resulted into a fracture with a saria blow and thus opined to be grievous in nature. Thus all the injuries are simple. It is further stated that even three of the accused party have also suffered injuries as per MLRs P-5 to P-7. Thus, it is submitted that there was a version and cross version in a dispute which has suddenly occurred.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that petitioners have joined investigation and fully cooperated. Learned State counsel on instructions concedes that petitioners have joined investigation and their custodial interrogation is no longer required.

In view of the above, interim bail granted vide order dated 30.10.2015 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
