Today, learned counsel for the appellants as well as respondent No.1 submit that they are not able to contact the legal representatives of respondent No.1, therefore, they have no instructions to proceed further with this appeal and plead no instructions, in this regard. Hence, they submit that the present appeal be disposed of as not pressed, at this stage, with liberty to revive the same as and when they would be able to contact the legal representatives of respondent No.1.

In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed being not pressed.
