Learned state counsel on instructions from SI Krishan Pal, states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, interim pre-arrest bail granted by this Court, vide order dated 06.11.2015, is made absolute/confirmed. Disposed of.
