* * * Harsimran Singh Sethi, J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.120 dated 01.07.2020 registered under Sections 323, 325, 506 of IPC registered at Police Station Mohana, District Sonipat Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of order passed by this Court on 15.07.2020. Order dated 15.07.2020 is as under:- "This matter is being taken up for hearing through video conferencing due to the outbreak of pandemic, COVID-19.

Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia submits that the petitioner and the complainant are co-sharers in the same Khewat. Due to a dispute between the parties on account of the land in question, the petitioner is stated to be falsely implicated in this case. Notice of motion.

At request of learned counsel for the State, adjourned to 21.08.2020.

In the meanwhile, petitioner shall join investigation as and when required by the Investigating Officer. In the event of his arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail to the satisfaction of Investigating Officer. Petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C."

Learned State counsel, who has also joined the proceedings through video conference, on instructions from HC Dinesh Kumar, states that in terms of the order of this Court reproduced before, the petitioner has joined the investigation and no further interrogation is required, at this stage.

In view of the above, the order dated 15.07.2020 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall abide by the conditions stipulated under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. He shall also join investigation as and when called upon to do so.

In case at any given point of time hereinafter, it is felt by the Investigating Agency that petitioner is required for the investigation but is not co-operating, it will be at liberty to approach this Court for passing appropriate orders.

The petition stands disposed of.
