. 1 $ Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari, for quashing the order dated 29.11.2024 (Annexure P-5) passed by respondent No.4-Assistant Collector First Grade, Matenhail, District Jhajjar; order dated 25.02.2025 (Annexure P-6) passed by respondent No.3Collector, Jhajjar and order dated 18.11.2025 (Annexure P-7) passed by respondent No.2-Commissioner, Rohtak Division, Rohtak. 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
