(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.42 dated 22.05.2016 registered under Sections 381 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Daresi, District Ludhiana, on the basis of compromise dated 27.07.2017 (Annexure P-2). Pursuant to the order dated 03.10.2017 of this Court, the parties appeared before the trial Court on 08.11.2017 and 09.11.2017 to get their statements recorded. Learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Ludhiana, has submitted her report vide letter bearing No.710 dated 14.11.2017 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Ludhiana vide letter No.2108/EC dated 17.11.2017.

According to the report, the learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board is satisfied that compromise entered into between the parties is voluntary and without any undue pressure or coercion. Considering the report of learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Ravinder Singh 2017.11.21 17:31 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Justice Board, Ludhiana dated 14.11.

-2CRM-M-37006 of 2017 will bring harmony in relations between the parties, FIR No.42 dated 22.05.2016 registered under Sections 381 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Daresi, District Ludhiana, is hereby quashed. Petition is disposed of accordingly.
