(Oral) Report of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, SBS Nagar, based on the submissions made by the parties before the Court, has been received. In the light of the satisfaction shown by the Court and in view of the fact that compromise will go a long way in resolving the personal dispute and to bring about personal harmony being inter-family dispute and in view of which the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No. 24 dated 15.11.2006 registered at Police Station City Nawanshahar, under sections 181/420 IPC and all consequences arising thereof are quashed.

The petition stands allowed in those terms.
