As per allegations of the prosecution both the petitioners alongwith two other co-accused were indulging in preparing fake milk at Bansal Chilling Centre,Balad Khurd to be supplied to Milk Contractors and ultimately to be sold to common people. On a raid conducted two of the accused were apprehended at the spot alongwith huge quantity of such milk from the recovered drums. Counsel for the petitioners heard at length.

Keeping in view the nature and gravity of offence which affects common main, no case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out. Dismissed.
