Application is allowed, as prayed for.

CRM-M-36985 of 2015 Feeling aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part of the respondent authorities, petitioner has approached this Court by way of instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking appropriate direction.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that when the grievance of the petitioner was not being redressed by the respondent authorities, she finally approached the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana-respondent No.3 through her son namely Amit Ohri AMIT KUMAR 2015.11.18 09:58 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CRM-M-36985 of 2015 (O&M) by way of self contained representation dated 30.9.2015 (Annexure P-47), but the same is also pending decision. He further submits that the petitioner will be satisfied in case the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana-respondent No.3 is directed to consider and decide her representation, within a reasonable time.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, lest it should prejudice the rights of either of the parties, the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana-respondent No.3 is directed to look into the matter, consider the grievance of the petitioner, raised in the representation dated 30.9.2015 (Annexure P-47) submitted by her son namely Amit Ohri and decide the same, at an early date by passing an appropriate order thereon, strictly in accordance with law, but in any case within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.

With the abovesaid observations made and directions issued, present petition stands disposed of.
