The petitioners have approached this Court seeking grant of anticipatory bail for having been summoned with the aid of Section 319 Cr.P.C. so as to face trial alongwith co-accused in respect of FIR No.27 dated 7.2.2017 registered at Police Station Kurali, District SAS Nagar (Mohali) under Sections 323, 325, 341, 148 and 149 of Indian Penal Code, wherein offences under Sections 308, 201 and 34 of Indian Penal Code were added later on. 2.

Pursuant to interim directions issued by this Court, the petitioners are stated to have surrendered before the Trial Court and have been released on interim bail.
