(ORAL) By way of present writ petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner prays for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent-Corporation to decide the review filed by the petitioner qua order dated 19th of January, 2023 upholding the punishment imposed upon the petitioner. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the review is provided under the statutory regulations and the petitioner has availed the said remedy by filing the review petition dated 27th of March, 2023 which is pending consideration.

Mr. Harish Mehla, Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that as per his instructions the review petition filed by the petitioner is pending consideration of the appropriate authority and the same will be decided within three months.
