This order will dispose of two petitions, one filed by Dharambir (CRM M 36991 of 2015) and the second filed by Satpal (CRM M 40460 of 2015), in a case registered at the instance of Secretary, Haryana School Education Board alleging that one Sonia, who had qualified for the test of Haryana Teacher eligibility Examination in the year 2011, had produced fake eligibility certificate. She had made a confessional statement to the effect that she with the help of her sister-in-law's son Satpal had talked to Dharambir for getting prepared the certificate regarding passing of above eligibility test on payment of Rs. 1.30 lacs to the petitioners in cash. A perusal of the police file indicates that one Dr. Udey Singh has been indicted as an accused, who is alleged to have died. Said Dr.
Udey Singh has allegedly connived with Dharambir and Satpal in procuring the eligibility certificate. The petitioners have joined the investigation. All the recoveries have already been made. It does not appear to be a case of custodial interrogation. Both the petitions are allowed and it is ordered that in case of arrest of the petitioners, they will be released on bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to the condition that the petitioners will join the investigation as and when required by the police and will not tamper with evidence or hamper the investigation.
