(ORAL) Vide this petition, the petitioners seek a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents no.2 to 4 to grant NOCs for transfer/execution of a sale deed of the plot bearing no.W-9, Industrial Area, Yamunanagar, which is stated to be exclusively in the ownership and possession of petitioners no.1 and 2. The petitioners further contend that they made several visits and filed a representation dated 17.01.2022 (Annexure P-4), but to of no avail. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in respect of their grievance, at this stage they would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondents to decide their representation by passing a speaking order after hearing the petitioners.
