/7 859 Present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 28.04.2022 (Annexure P-3) being totally illegal, arbitrary, against the principles of natural justice and contrary to the repeated directions issued by this Court vide judgment dated 25.03.2013 (Annexure P-5). Further prayer has been made for directing respondent No.2 to take immediate disciplinary action against respondent No.6, who has wrongly and illegally appointed administrator at Gram Panchayat Kotla Suleman and for staying the operation and implementation of impugned order dated 28.04.2022 (Annexure P-3) during the pendency of the present petition.

Learned counsel for the State has submitted before this Court that the Administrator was appointed only for 30 days and after the expiry of 30 days period, the Administrator is not in the seat and the Panchayat is restored.
In view of the submissions made by learned State Counsel, the present petition is disposed of. Respondent No.2 i.e. Director, Rural Development & Panchayats Department, Mohali is directed to look into the grievance i.e. second prayer made herein by the petitioner and pass an order expeditiously after hearing the petitioner in accordance with law. 8 /9
