RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.2 to 4 for investigation of case FIR No.146, dated 03.12.2021, under Sections 406, 498-A IPC, registered at Police Station Women Cell, Jalandhar, in a fair and impartial manner as despite there being specific allegations with regard to beatings, torture, taunting harassment and raising demand of money from time to time and misappropriation of dowry articles against respondent Nos.6 to 9, the FIR was registered only against husband and mother-in-law. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if her representation, dated 10.02.2022, Annexure P-2, is decided in a time bound manner. Said representation has been filed before Director General of Police, Punjab, Chandigarh. Notice of motion.
